This 4-part class is for beginners who want to bring herbs into their everyday life. We will explore the many facets of herbal medicine.
Each class we will go over the basic physiology of two body systems. We’ll then go over common issues for each system, what herbal actions to use, and the best herbs to work with. Then you will learn to make your own herbal medicines!
Class Dates: Thursdays, August 10th, 17th, 24th, 31st
Class Time: 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm PST
Herb Walk: Sunday, August 27th from 10:00 to 1:00 pm PST
