About Facilitators:

Vika Teicher (Your Peri Godmother) is a Certified Nutrition and Health Coach. As the lead facilitator, she will teach the essential nutrition and lifestyle practices for our peri/menopausal bodies and minds to thrive. With extensive experience in facilitating workshops and retreats both in person and online, Vika is passionate about connecting women and sharing simple yet effective tips and tricks to help them look and feel their best.

Vika will lead most of the classes, covering:

  • The basics of eating for hormonal health

  • Essential lifestyle adjustments for mid-life

  • Coaching strategies to make changes possible and sustainable

Dr. Claudia Levine is a Menopause Society Certified Menopause Practitioner, a primary care physician, and co-founder of Pausology, an educational platform designed to inform, prepare, and support individuals as they navigate the biological process from perimenopause to menopause and beyond.

As a guest facilitator, Claudia will start us off with a class providing essential medical insights, including:

  • An explanation of the hormonal changes from perimenopause to menopause

  • An overview of common symptoms

  • Key information about hormonal therapy

  • A Q&A session
