This class is designed to explore the restorative power of herbal remedies to support better sleep. Participants will learn about a variety of lifestyle practices and herbs used to address insomnia, restlessness, stress, to enhance their memory of dreams, and how to encourage lucid dreaming. Attendees will learn how to use teas, tinctures, glycerites, herb-infused oils, and salves in relation to these topics. We’ll talk about dosage, safety, and personalized approaches to herbal sleep care and increased restfulness.
