5 Elements Healing: Indigenous Wisdom of Tibetan Medicine

Description

The essential concept of Tibetan Medicine is to be in balance and promote health and well-being based on balancing the the 5 elements, or jhongwa gna, externally and internally.

The 5 elements are earth, fire, water, air, and space.

When these five elements are balanced, we will be happy and in harmony. If any of these elements are deficient, disturbed, or in excess, they will manifest in physical and emotional imbalances.

In this class, you learn the name of each the 5 elements in Tibetan, what their functions are, and the benefits to the mind and body.

Dr. Yangdron Kalzang, DAOM, LAc teaches you how to balance the 5 elements to support longevity through your diet, life style, and herbal medicine externally and internally.

You will learn to balance the 5 elements in your daily life and get a few tips on how to add balancing techniques to your daily routine.  You will learn self-healing techniques for yourself, your family, and your friends.
