This 4-part online class is for beginners who want to bring herbs into their everyday life. We will explore the many facets of herbs and herbal medicine.
Each class we will go over the basic physiology of a body system. We’ll then go over common issues for each system, what herbal actions to use, and the best herbs to work with. Finally, we will go over medicine making to support your herbal learning at home.
